Owners Gary and Sandra Bales have shared 49 wonderful years of marriage, celebrating their anniversary on January 25, 2024. They have called this area home since September 1980 and have lived on their cherished 19+ acres near Thomasville, GA, affectionately known as "Bales Acres," since March 1983. This land is not only their home but also houses several other family members and their extended families.
Gary and Sandra started this business to provide a valuable service to the community while supplementing their retirement years. At Bales Mini Warehouses, we treat our customers like family, offering secure and convenient storage solutions that you can trust.

Bales Mini Warehouses are very affordable. The rent is less than half the rate of storage in Tallahassee. The owners live on the property and were available any time I needed them. The 10 X 10 unit is spacious enough for all my needs. I put in 6 shelve units, a long folding table, a lawn mower and various garden tools. It is on the first turnoff at a gas station with great chicken and pizza lunches, and about one mile from the Florida border for Georgia lottery tickets. I have rented from Gary and Sandra Bales for years and they have always been kind and professional. I live nearby the warehouses and never saw any problems with traffic or loud customers.
